Personally, I'm torn. I set out to write my book with a pretty clear argument about why you shouldn't look to work to be more than a job. But upon deeper reflection, it's not so simple. We work more than we do anything else. For those with the privilege of choice, what we choose to do ought to be considered. Some people do what they love for work; others do what they have to for work so they can do what they love when they're not working. Neither is more noble.

I think the take away here which you completely didn't mention above in the summary you wrote is how toxic sexual harassment behavior is, how HARD it is for marginalized communities to speak up, and the corporate repercussions for not holding those who take advantage of their power accountable.
